Kelsey first started vet nursing in 2012, completed her certificate in veterinary nursing in 2014 and has been working full time as a vet nurse ever since. After dabbling in practice management, Kelsey realised that her true passion is in the nursing aspects of the job and joined the Melville team in April 2023. She is a self proclaimed small dog whisperer and will jump at the chance to nurse for little fluffy dogs, senior and grumpy dogs, or as she likes to call them “the old crusties”, and has a special interest in orthopaedic surgery rehab. She has a German Shepherd named Lily who has her own instagram @norti_lily, and one day hopes to own a Shihtzu named Beanbag. In her spare time she loves camping, boating, teaching Lily new tricks and karaoke.
