Kat made the move to vet nursing in 2018, and since completing her qualification, she has been employed in emergency, rescue, and general veterinary practice.

Her Rescue work has led her to be very passionate about Animal Welfare and has also given her an interest in Animal Behaviour.

She is the proud furry mum to one rescue dog and 3 rescue cats. Kat is looking forward to completing her PhD in furry companion snuggles 😜 here at Melville Animal Hospital.
